Tennis Coach

We Management OPC, is seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Tennis Coach. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates who have a passion for tennis and enjoy working with people of all ages and skill levels. Whether you prefer a fixed schedule (8 AM – 5 PM) or a flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours per day, we offer opportunities that fit your availability. You will work at various locations, including Cebu public courts or clients' private courts in areas around Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tennis lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels.
• Ensure the safety of all students during lessons, maintaining a watchful eye and adhering to safety protocols.
• Motivate and guide students to develop confidence and improve their tennis techniques.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining training equipment and court facilities.
• Provide progress reports and feedback to students and/or their guardians.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive environment for all students.
• Adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and progress.

Requirements

• Confidence in playing tennis and a positive attitude towards teaching others.
• Good communication skills in English, Bisaya, or Filipino.
• Willingness to undergo training to enhance coaching skills and tennis techniques.
• Ability to work around different locations (Toledo public courts or client private courts).
• Flexibility in work schedule, with options for both fixed hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and flexible timing (minimum 4 hours per day).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a varsity tennis player or involvement in competitive tennis.
• Educational background in BSED (Bachelor of Secondary Education) or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in coaching, teaching, or working with children/adults is advantageous.
