Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily refueling of trucks
  • Encodes in the system the fuel issued on a particular vehicle
  • Maintains the fuel inventory and accomplishes the report required
  • Informs AP-In-Charge regarding the fuel status and level for fuel replenishment
  • Receives fuel deliveries and apply proper procedure of receiving
  • Maintains the cleanliness and safety practices of the fuel storage area and reports any irregularities found during inspections
  • Conducts daily maintenance checks on equipment issued
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any 4 year course and has at least 1 year experience in the same field
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and other related programs)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frames
