Junior Visual Merchandising Designer

About the Role

We're expanding our in-store creative team and looking for a passionate junior visual merchandising designer

Who loves retail/sports environment. You'll work closely with senior designers and the VM team to create

Eye-catching Point-of-Purchase (POP) graphics and 3D visualizations that make our stores stand out and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design POP materials (posters, banners, shelf talkers, window graphics, standees, etc.)

using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

  • Create 3D renderings of fixtures, displays, gondolas, and simple store layouts using SketchUp,

AutoCAD, or similar tools

  • Help develop planograms and visual guidelines

  • Prepare print-ready files and basic mockups

  • Assist in adapting brand campaigns into in-store visuals

  • Support the team with asset organization and minor revisions

  • Work under guidance of senior designers and receive regular feedback

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

(Portfolio showing retail/sports-related work is a big plus)

  • Practical experience using Sketch Up, AutoCAD, or another 3D modeling/rendering tool

(e.g., Blender, Revit, Cinema 4D) — school projects or personal work count

  • Basic understanding of visual merchandising concepts

(Layout, customer flow, branding in retail spaces)

  • Good eye for color, typography, and composition

  • Ability to take direction and learn quickly

Nice to Have

  • Any visual merchandising experience (internships, part-time retail jobs, freelance, or school projects)

  • Retail or sports industry exposure (fashion, sporting goods, athletic brands, gym/retail environments)

  • Basic photography or product retouching skills

  • Knowledge of planogram software or Adobe InDesign/After Effects
