Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer and Photo Editor

Responsibilities:

1. Photo Editing and Retouching:

2. Sort, select, and organize a vast range of photographs based on specific criteria.

3. Apply necessary edits, enhancements, and retouching techniques to bring out the best in each image.

4. Ensure high-quality and consistent output for both print and digital media.

5. Layout Design and Composition:

6. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling layouts for various marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and online albums.

7. Implement design elements, including typography, color schemes, and image manipulation, to convey brand messages effectively.

8. Maintain an understanding of industry trends and apply them to deliver visually captivating designs.

9. Graphic Artwork Creation:

10. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to generate visually appealing and innovative artwork.

11. Translate conceptual ideas into original graphics, illustrations, and logos that harmonize with the brand's identity.

12. Apply design principles to communicate complex ideas simply and engagingly.

13. Project Management:

14. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

15. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions.

16. Proactively seek feedback and incorporate suggestions for continual improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:

2. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

3. Previous experience as a Junior Graphic Designer and Photo Editor or internship experience in a design-related field is desired but not mandatory.

4. Knowledge of industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, etc.) and photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) is essential.

5. Technical Skills:

6. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and experience with layout design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).

7. Basic knowledge of photography principles and an understanding of various file formats for both print and digital media.

8. Familiarity with print production, image optimization, and prepress processes will be an advantage.

10. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and outside the box.

11. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in final deliverables.
