Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bulacan for a Manager, Sulfuric Acid Plant. The Manager will oversee, also hand on daily operations of the sulfuric acid plant, ensuring production efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental standards. Responsibilities include managing plant staff, coordinating maintenance, monitoring production metrics, and implementing strategies for process improvement and cost reduction. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to senior management on plant performance and developments. Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in plant operations, specifically sulfuric acid or chemical production
  • Proven skills in staff management, team leadership, and performance monitoring
  • Experience in process optimization, production planning, and cost management
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; an Advanced degree is an advantage
  • Experience in the battery manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in resource planning software and tools is beneficial
