  • Graduate of Early Childhood Education | General Education | SPED | Psychology or similar field

  • LET passer

  • Willing to be trained under the progressive approach (play-based curriculum).

  • Has the flexibility to do online and on-site classes in Mandaluyong City

  • Has good command for English language.

  • Team player, good work ethics, values-oriented.

Head Teacher Duties

  • Executes the Rainbow Room play-based curriculum everyday.
  • Plans and creates activities that are appropriate for the level assigned.
  • Takes care of parent concerns pertaining to the class.
  • Produces progress reports.
  • Conducts parent-teacher conferences.
  • May handle children with special needs
