We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves building clean, high-performing websites that blend design and functionality. If you're someone who's as comfortable setting up a server as you are perfecting a Divi or Elementor layout, you'll fit right in.


What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites using Divi, Elementor, and Sage frameworks.
  • Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end builds.
  • Handle end-to-end web setups, including domain, DNS, and server configurations (cPanel, Plesk, or similar).
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to execute web projects on schedule.
  • Manage plugin integrations, theme customizations, and CMS architecture.
  • Troubleshoot website and hosting issues, ensuring uptime and fast load speeds.
  • Implement SEO and analytics integrations (HubSpot, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Maintain version control through GitHub or equivalent systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
  • Proficiency in Divi, Elementor, and Sage frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with server setup and management (e.g., Apache, NGINX, Cloudflare).
  • Familiar with Figma-to-WordPress workflows and responsive design best practices.
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS, Shopify, or React-based front ends.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, or Integromat).
  • Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior work in an agency or multi-client environment.
