About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer who will serve as a product expert and trusted technical advisor, supporting our Technical Support Center (TSC), in-house repair operations, and overall IT management. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, project leadership, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation and support of our solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products and solutions through continuous learning and certification.
  • Lead and participate in technical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers.
  • Handle service and support requests from internal teams and external customers.
  • Deliver high-standard product training and conduct Proof of Concept (POC) for clients.
  • Support in-house technical issues and provide IT services through product implementation.
  • Manage and update customers on repair and service requests, including RMA coordination with suppliers.
  • Perform testing of RMA units and ensure replacements are processed within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on joint calls/visits to provide technical expertise to prospects.
  • Canvass and recommend spare parts when needed.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports and documentation.
  • Report directly to the IT Manager regarding key issues, challenges, and updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer/Telecom Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of IT industry experience (technical support, implementation, or related).
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven, with strong business acumen and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Highly collaborative, resourceful, and able to work independently.
