Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Technical Engineer to help build out, install, configure test, maintain, and troubleshoot client's infrastructure.

Technical Engineer Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering relevant to our industry.
  • Engineering or IT-related fields are preferred for this position.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a field-related role and experience in a similar technical role are recommended.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply.
  • Flexible and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Resourceful and able to work proactively and creatively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills backed by solid technical knowledge.
  • Must have a basic understanding of the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of firewall appliances (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos, and Sangfor) and endpoint security solutions, LAN and wireless networks, access points, CCTV, and structured cabling.
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, or Virtual Box) is an advantage.
  • CCNP/MCP certification would be an advantage.
