Graphic Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the roofing and construction industry. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in visually representing the company's brand through various marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral. The ideal candidate will have experience working with construction-related branding and will be able to create visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:

Develop high-quality visual content, including logos, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.

Create design templates for marketing materials, such as email templates, business cards, and website elements.

Design construction project proposals, bids, and presentations to visually showcase the company's capabilities and services.

Work with the marketing team to create engaging and on-brand content for both digital and print platforms.

Brand Identity:

Ensure the company's visual identity is consistently applied across all marketing materials and communications.

Update and refresh brand assets as needed to keep the company's look modern and aligned with industry trends.

Develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns and promotional materials that represent the company's values and services.

Web & Digital Design:

Design and optimize website elements, including banners, icons, and landing pages to ensure a cohesive online presence.

Create social media graphics that align with the company's marketing strategies and engage potential clients.

Design digital ads (Google Display, social media ads) and ensure they meet the specifications of various platforms.

Print Design:

Create print materials such as brochures, business cards, project signage, vehicle wraps, and promotional items that align with company branding.

Work with printing vendors to ensure the high-quality production of physical marketing materials.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with the marketing team, sales, and project managers to understand project goals and develop designs that support marketing objectives.

Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather design feedback and make revisions as needed.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure that visual elements complement written materials effectively.

Photo & Video Editing:

Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing use, including project photos, before-and-after images, and team photos.

Assist in the production of promotional videos, including editing footage and adding graphic elements.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that designs are delivered within budget.

Maintain organized design files and documentation to ensure easy access and version control.

Marketing Support:

Provide creative input and design support for campaigns, events, trade shows, and sponsorship materials.

Stay up-to-date with trends in design, construction marketing, and emerging technologies that can improve the company's visual communications.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or architecture industry.

Proven experience designing digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, web graphics, and social media content.

Experience working with construction or home service-related brands is highly preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.

Experience with web design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, WordPress) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of design best practices for social media, digital ads, and print production.

Familiarity with basic video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
