About the Role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of high-quality print and digital visual assets that reflect both client brand goals and the creative vision of the agency. This role calls for a design expert who understands branding deeply and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a highly creative visual storyteller with a sharp eye for detail, proficiency with the latest tools (including AI-assisted design), and a strong sense of ownership over their work.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-quality visual content, including logos, digital ads, social media graphics, digital landing pages, microsites, websites, brochures, presentations, and more.

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

• Oversee the use of design platforms and tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools, to maximize efficiency and output quality.

• Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders to conceptualize and execute innovative designs.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts.

• Review and refine designs to ensure they meet the highest standards of creativity and accuracy.

• Provide constructive feedback to design contractors and interns to maintain consistency and quality.

• Participate in special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Operations.
