What You'll Do:

  • Engage existing customers through outbound/inbound calls
  • Identify customer concerns and provide effective solutions to retain them
  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and meet retention goals

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service
  • High school graduate or college level
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
  • Resilient, goal-driven, and customer-focused
