Job Description:

The Repair Technician – Hydraulics is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and components to ensure efficient and safe operation. This role involves troubleshooting hydraulic equipment, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose faults and malfunctions in hydraulic systems and components
  • Repair, replace, and adjust hydraulic parts such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns
  • Test hydraulic systems after repairs to verify proper function and safety
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve system reliability
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies during repairs
  • Assist in managing inventory of hydraulic parts and tools

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, technical/vocational training, or equivalent; certifications in hydraulics are a plus
  • Proven experience as a hydraulics repair technician or similar role
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work
  • Willing to under go training at Bagong Barrio Caloocan
  • Amenable to work in DIMC Industrial Park, Guiguinto Bulacan
