Job Description:

The Repair Technician – Electronics is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment and systems. This role ensures that electronic devices function properly by performing maintenance, repairs, and testing according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose electronic faults using testing equipment and technical manuals
  • Repair and replace electronic components such as circuit boards, wiring, sensors, and control systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of electronic devices
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure full functionality and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain detailed repair logs and documentation
  • Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies during all repair activities
  • Assist in inventory management of electronic parts and tools

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, technical/vocational certification, or equivalent; electronics-related education is a plus
  • Proven experience in electronic repair or a similar technical role
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and diagnostic tools
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and manuals
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically able to perform repair tasks and handle equipment
  • Willing to under go training at Bagong Barrio Caloocan
  • Amenable to work in DIMC Industrial Park, Guiguinto Bulacan
