We're Hiring: Company Driver

Location: Cebu City Project Sites / Head Office

Industry: Construction | Logistics | Operations

We are looking for a Company Driver who will provide reliable, safe, and efficient transportation services to support our ongoing construction projects in Cebu City. The successful candidate must have significant experience in driving within construction, project sites, or related industries, ensuring smooth logistics and operational support.

This role is crucial in maintaining the company's daily mobility, logistics efficiency, and commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
  • Transportation & Logistics Support – Safely transport employees, materials, and equipment to and from project sites, offices, and other destinations as required.
  • Vehicle Maintenance & Care – Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good running condition through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Compliance & Safety – Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols to guarantee safe and reliable transport services.
Core Competencies:
  • Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Holder of a valid professional driver's license (Restriction Codes 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Company Driver, preferably within construction or project-based assignments.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, road networks, and routes within Cebu City and nearby areas.
  • Good communication skills, time management, and reliability.

  • Availability and dependability in supporting project and office requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • On-time transport performance (>95%).
  • Zero preventable accidents or violations.
  • Vehicle readiness rate (>98% uptime and preventive maintenance compliance).
  • Accuracy in trip logs and fuel monitoring reports (>98%).
  • Positive feedback from passengers and supervisors (>90% satisfaction).
Qualifications:
  • At least 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in construction or logistics operations.
  • Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restrictions.
  • Familiarity with routes in Cebu City and surrounding provinces.
  • Physically fit, disciplined, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willing to be assigned to Cebu City Project Sites / Head Office.
