Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Road Roller Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating road rollers and will play a key role in our road construction and site development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate road roller machinery to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on the equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and site instructions
  • Assist with other tasks on-site when needed
  • Report any issues or malfunctions to the site supervisor promptly

Qualifications:

  • With validDriver's License / NCII
  • Proven experience as a Road Roller Operator
  • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety standards
  • Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments
  • Willing to be assigned to various project sites
