The Guest Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests through effective communication and support. You will assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest needs to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone and in person.
  • Assist guests with menu selections and dietary restrictions.
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area.
  • Provide support to the service staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
