The Customer and Market Knowledge (CMK) Manager is responsible for facilitating the exploration for market opportunities, promote a customer-first mindset within the brand and marketing team, monitor and interpret market data to deliver meaningful insights and trend analysis, lead market research initiatives, interpreting results to develop informed business recommendations and enhance the group's marketing capability by supporting training, process improvement, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Design, or a related creative discipline preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in market research with project management and leadership skills preferably under the FMCG Industry.
  • Proven experience in planning, analyzing, and presenting market or social research findings to support informed decision-making
  • Can handle busy workloads and tight timelines without losing focus on delivering for the customer
  • Can speak and present ideas clearly, even to top-level leaders, and is also great at writing professional and easy-to-understand content
  • Handles sensitive information with care and respects confidentiality at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
