Our client is urgently looking for an IT Project & Compliance Manager who will lead technical projects, manage compliance requirements, and oversee IT operations in collaboration with global teams. This role requires a strong mix of project management skills, compliance knowledge, and technical IT expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full IT project lifecycle: scope, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate with IT leadership (CIO, IT Manager, CISO) to ensure compliance with global IT and security policies.
- Maintain and update IT compliance databases, policies, and client questionnaires.
- Lead and coordinate IT teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Support IT infrastructure stability, disaster recovery, and data backups.
- Stay updated with IT compliance and security trends to ensure adherence to global standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of IT project management experience with exposure to compliance.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholder-facing confidence.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in Pasig on a hybrid setup, with flexibility for extended hours when needed.
