We regularly handle inbound calls from prospective clients daily. Your responsibilities will include setting appointments and following up with clients to sign them up after they have spoken to an attorney.

This is an established firm that has extensive experience working with individuals in long term 40 hour full time capacity. We will view this team member as a crucial piece of the team and will provide the needed training to get up to speed quickly.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of solid SALES experience in a call center setting. (Non-negotiable requirement).
  • We are seeking candidates with highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • Must have your own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection
  • Must be amenable to working night shifts and overtime
