Job Summary:

As a Aesthetic Nurse at Prestige Skin Institute, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dermatological and aesthetic care. You will be responsible for administering a range of facial, slimming, laser, and IV treatments, ensuring client safety, providing exceptional service, and supporting the clinic's daily operations. This role demands both clinical proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills to uphold our commitment to client satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform facial, slimming, and laser treatments, microneedling strictly following training protocols, capabilities, and clinic standards.
  • Explain contraindications and post-treatment care instructions to clients to ensure safety and optimal results.
  • Conduct safety checks on all aesthetic machines and equipment before and after use.
  • Clearly explain each step and benefit of treatments to clients, ensuring transparency and comfort.
  • Administer specialized procedures including:
  • Microneedling
  • Lipo-cavitation
  • Radio Frequency (RF)
  • CO2 Fractional Laser
  • Diode and Pico Lasers
  • High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)
  • Carbon Laser
  • Syringoma removal
  • Monitor daily client schedules and ensure all materials and equipment are prepared and available in advance.
  • Promote and upsell relevant treatments and skincare products for post-treatment care.
  • Administer IV drips and prepare necessary supplies for intravenous procedures.
  • Assist on-duty doctors during patient procedures and ensure readiness of all required materials.
  • Prepare treatment rooms in accordance with hygiene and procedural protocols.
  • Perform other nursing or clinic-related duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Nursing or any related course.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and use of dermatologic equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of client care and safety.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
