Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

What you'll do

  • Source and conduct marketing calls to potential clients to establish rapport and identify client's foreign exchange needs
  • Service client's requirements for all FX transaction needs
  • Maintain existing client relationships and promote FX services
  • Onboarding of new clients KYC documents and proper due diligence
  • Updating of necessary KYC document annually if necessary
  • Provide market feedback, forecast, and account update to immediate supervisor
  • Maintain and track P&L on successful trades of clients for internal books and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Company and other regulatory operating processes and controls
  • Will do end-to-end transaction processes
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

What We Expect From You

  • 2-3 work experience (in Finance and Sales organizations)
  • Relevant FX Operations experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related discipline
  • Detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Google suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Chinese Speaking is a plus to communicate with Chinese speaking clients

Good to have

  • Existing client portfolio/ network in relevant field
