Foreign Exhange

I. Policy & Regulatory Oversight

• Track updates in both local and international foreign exchange regulations and interpret their impact on company operations.
• Develop, refine, and implement internal controls and workflow procedures related to FX activities and cross-border RMB transactions.

II. Foreign Exchange Risk Control

• Identify areas of exposure to FX fluctuations and monitor the company's foreign exchange gains and losses.
• Design short-, mid-, and long-term FX risk mitigation plans, including establishing risk thresholds and stop-loss mechanisms.
• Enhance FX positions by applying appropriate hedging tools such as forward contracts and swap instruments.

III. Treasury & FX Operations

• Handle day-to-day treasury functions such as opening FX bank accounts, completing FX settlements, processing sales transactions, and facilitating cross-border remittances.
• Study market movements and execute FX trades in alignment with company strategies.
• Oversee trading accounts to help maintain consistent capital growth.
• Manage foreign currency liquidity both domestically and internationally, and coordinate with financial institutions for favorable rates and solutions.
• Prepare and review FX-related cash flow forecasts and analytical reports.

IV. Market Intelligence & Research

• Monitor global economic indicators and currency trends; prepare market insights and research papers.
• Evaluate significant shifts in the FX environment, issue timely advisories, and recommend action plans to safeguard company interests.

V. Systems & Reporting Management

• Oversee the Treasury Management System (TMS) to ensure accurate monitoring of FX-related risks.
• Update and maintain exchange rate data and produce regular FX asset-liability reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related studies.
• Strong understanding of FX trading practices, market mechanics, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced analytical ability with solid market insight and risk assessment skills.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with professional financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are highly advantageous.
