Accounting StaffQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related work. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions (journal entries, vouchers, receipts, invoices, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and financial records.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and government regulations.
  • Support in budget preparation, monitoring, and expense tracking.
  • Safekeep and organize accounting files and records for easy retrieval.
