Key Responsibilities

  • Attract New Customers: Engage potential customers through demonstrations, presentations, and promotional events to generate interest in products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products being promoted to effectively answer customer questions and address concerns.
  • Set Up Displays: Arrange attractive product displays and promotional booths to enhance visibility and appeal to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build genuine connections with customers, tailoring presentations to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to management for product improvement and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, meet daily targets, and submit sales reports to management.
  • Field work: Roving and monitor the branches

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma is typically required; a degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering presentations and engaging with customers.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for potential buyers.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
