Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing client accounts, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. The role is key to enhancing the efficiency of the sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, such as preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately.
  • Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for sales presentations.
  • Serve as the liaison between the sales department and other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and marketing).
  • Prepare and follow up on sales invoices and payments.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to assist in decision-making and strategy planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, EE, ECE.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
