Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator supporting a Australia-based promotional products team. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations from quotation to delivery. This includes managing client and supplier communications via email and phone, preparing quotes, estimates, and presentations in CommonSKU, and coordinating with vendors to process and track orders until fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment, and ensures every client interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in the promotional products industry
  • Proven, daily use of CommonSKU (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A tech-ready home office, reliable internet, and backup power
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive problem-solver
