The Events/Display Assistant will provide support in the execution of marketing events, store openings, in-store displays, and promotional activities. The role ensures proper event setup, visual merchandising compliance, and smooth implementation of marketing campaigns across branches.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Event Support

  2. Assist in the preparation, setup, and execution of store openings, relaunches, and

marketing events.

  • Coordinate logistics such as event materials, giveaways, and equipment.
  • Provide on-ground support during activities to ensure smooth flow.

  • Visual Merchandising & Displays

  • Help in the installation and arrangement of store displays, POP materials, and

promotional collaterals.

  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines across branches.
  • Monitor and report the condition of displays and suggest improvements.

  • Promotional Support

  • Assist in distributing promotional items, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.

  • Support product sampling and demonstration activities.

  • Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain an inventory of event/display materials.

  • Prepare basic documentation (photo reports, accomplishment reports, and

attendance sheets).

  • Submit updates and reports to the Marketing Events and Display Coordinator.
