Job Description

As a Billing Specialist, you'll review contracts, sales orders, and invoices with precision, ensuring compliance with SLAs. You will collaborate with internal teams and affiliates, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records-keeping operations running smoothly in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (9 PM - 6 AM Manila Time)

Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati

Education

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ year degree in business management/accounting preferred, but not required

Experience

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience with emphasis on reconciling, billing, and invoicing
  • Media billing experience a plus, but not required

Your Daily Tasks

  • Tie out contracts and orders in detail
  • Reconcile invoice to orders and identify discrepancies
  • Track, organize, and report on status and missing/incomplete data
  • Communicate effectively through email and over the phone to ensure all necessary information is provided
