Key Roles:

  • Monitor and analyze project expenditures for house construction, land development, and other activities.
  • Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project cost efficiency.
  • Review, evaluate, and verify contracts, progress billings, and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with project terms.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers regarding billing status and payment schedules.
  • Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) based on project plans, specifications, and design.
  • Ensure material take-offs are accurate and updated to reflect current project requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to validate material requirements and costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in cost engineering, quantity surveying, or project cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and construction contracts.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, engineering software, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
