Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations; prepare tender documents; develop commercial strategies; and organize the preparation of project target cost budgets.
  • Implement dynamic cost control; review payment applications; handle variations and claims; manage subcontractor and supplier contracts; and coordinate internal and external commercial relationships.
  • Take the lead in the preparation, review, and negotiation of final accounts; complete cost accounting and analyze the project's final economic performance.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Cost, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to represent the owner/client in commercial negotiations, clearly articulate positions, and maintain strong cooperative relationships.
  • Sharp analytical skills in cost data and contract terms, with the ability to quickly identify risk and profit points.
  • Strong coordination and facilitation abilities, adept at cross-departmental communication to align all teams toward the project's economic objectives.
