Cost Estimator and/or Project Engineer

Cost Estimator

  1. Attending Site Visit for on going projects or for bidding project as necessary.

  2. Quantity or material take-off and formulation of accurate bill of quantities in accordance to tender drawings, specifications and details for bid proposal.

  3. Sending inquiries for prices and quotations as needed for tender requirements and on going projects.

  4. Formulating cost estimate and analysis ensure the sufficiency and accuracy of the bids or proposals of the company tenders.

  5. Submission of progress billing and monitoring of all payments received from the client.

  6. Evaluation of subcontractor billing against actual progress at site.

  7. Preparing purchase order including applicable terms & conditions to suppliers & subcontractor and coordinate with the timely deliveries of materials and services as per the agreement.

  8. Previous experience is a must.

Project Engineer

1.     Must have experience in Interior Office Fit-out, Renovation and Repair Works

2.     To develop and implement project schedule, methodology and progress reports required of the project.

3.     To manage the manpower and equipment resources to achieve the necessary productivity.

4.     To manage and monitor the deliveries and  utilization material resources; mitigate the wastages as possible.

5.     Lead and manage project team, including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

6.     Ensuring that all construction work is carried out in compliance with drawings, specification, and client requirements.
