The Sales Admin role involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data and documents, adhering to deadlines and procedures. You will maintain confidentiality, track information in systems, and prepare materials for meetings. Additionally, you'll collaborate with teams, conduct self-audits, and contribute to meeting key performance metrics while managing administrative tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm that data and documents collected are complete and in alignment with requirements, adhering to procedures and standards
  • Adhere to and meet the set schedule and deadlines for admin-related tasks.
  • Accurately input, track and maintain all data, documents, and record on systems or trackers.
  • Review and verify accuracy of data
  • Prepare presentations and materials for client and team meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
  • Assure files are properly prepared and saved to systems and/or backup drives, where applicable.
  • Conduct self-audit to identify and correct any errors or duplication.
  • Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes
  • Strive to meet individual and team key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Work well independently, complete assigned tasks within designated timeline, and complete regular assignments without reminders or additional requests
  • Process work as requested by Team Leader/Manager.
  • Other encoding and administrative tasks as necessary
  • Participate in team meetings, activities, and promote team spirit.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have background in sales
  • Trainable
  • Computer literate
