Position Overview:

This dual-role position combines high-level support for our CRO (Chief Recruitment Officer) with hands-on HR administration. You'll help structure, ensuring employee satisfaction, and enabling executives to focus on strategic impact. Your support streamlines processes and fosters a cohesive, high-functioning remote organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual calls efficiently
  • Handle email triage, draft correspondence, and field calls on behalf of our CRO
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and produce briefing documents or presentations as needed
  • Process reports, manage trackers, and provide general administrative support
  • Assist with recruitment support: coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR matters
  • Organize and assist in HR projects: training sessions, surveys, onboarding programs, and compliance updates

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Executive Assistant or HR support roles (remote experience a plus)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, calendar tools, ATS platforms and HRIS
    • Experience with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and project tools
  • Communication: Excellent written & verbal skills; ability to draft correspondence and act as liaison internally & externally
  • Organization: Strong multitasking, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization abilities
  • Discretion & Integrity: Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Proactive & Resourceful: Anticipates needs, solves issues independently, and adapts well in fast‑paced environment

Work Hours:

9:00 AM – 6 PM EST

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
