Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and improving customer experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing,
  • Oversee staff, specifically servers, cashiers, bussers, and bartenders.
  • Supervise all cashiering activities, including proper handling of payments, refunds, and discounts.
  • Monitor and manage reservations to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy and accountability in daily cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Train and supervise new and current staff in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Interacting with guests and determining feedback for rooms for improvement.
  • Handle issues, complaints, and concerns of customers.
  • Help create a positive image of the restaurant and company by promoting the brand in the local community through word of mouth and restaurant events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain communications with the management with regard to clients' and Employees' concerns.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless communication and service
  • Upholds legal and ethical standards in performing duties.

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • With at least 4 years of experience in the same position and in the food industry (restaurants and hotels)
  • Have knowledge and a deep understanding of the significance of food service, food safety, and sanitation
  • Practical knowledge in delivering customer service, staff supervision, and operational management.
  • Able to handle customer complaints and concerns, and issues with staff
  • Possesses good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Can work under pressure and can multitask.
