About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to senior management and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications
  • Handle reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Coordinate tasks and follow-ups for executives
  • Provide general administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Slack / Google Workspace
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Onsite, BGC
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
