If you want to grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of Ice Cream, this is the place for youKey Responsibilities/Focus AreasAnalyzes and generates weekly, monthly and long range forecast based on baseline trending, marketing & sales initiative, market trends and external risks/opportunities.Generates per depot per SKU forecast based on historical splits and growth projectionsGenerates sales analytics reports with the help of technology (FEU, PowerBI) and presents relevant information to stakeholders for decision-making purposes.Leads Demand Review Meeting to align 4-18 months demand with CD, Brand and Planning with clear assumptions on baseline, NPI, Promotions, Cabinet Deployment, etcGenerates long range forecast for long term capacity planning both in factory andLeads Weekly Forecast Meeting to align with stakeholders on short term latest view forecast, identify risks and opportunities to maximize demandEnsures forecast accuracy of >69% and bias of +/-3%. Ensure Volume/Value Disconnect of 2.0% FYCollaborates with FG, Materials and CD team to accurately forecast depletion of phased out SKUs up to depot level to maintain high casefill and zero out Business Waste riskCollaborates with Outbound Logistics in improving and developing new distribution network to deliver best in class CCFOT and achieve lowest Cost to DeliverEnsures integrity of the SAP, FEU and Kinaxis masterdata file through timely data maintenance of finished goods item codes (active, inactive, NPIs).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, Statistics, or MathematicsAt least 2 years experience in Demand PlanningFamiliar with SAP functionalities and well versed in PowerBIMust have a full understanding of the Demand Planning tools and KPIsWith leadership skills to drive cross functional departmentsStrong stakeholder engagementGood verbal and written communication skillsExcellent in Data AnalyticsComfortable handling large amounts of numeric dataService oriented attitudeAble to adapt to changes quicklyDisclaimerThe Magnum Ice Cream Company is committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace and welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
