  • Recruitment Process Management

  • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate fit.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Manage job postings and ensure they are accurate and engaging.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

  • Advise managers on recruitment strategies and market trends.

  • Candidate Experience

  • Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.

  • Promote employer branding and represent the company positively in all interactions.

  • Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
