Primary Responsibilities:

Employee & Labor Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including grievances and concerns, ensuring timely, fair, and confidential resolution.
  • Lead the end-to-end process for disciplinary cases, from drafting Notices to Explain (NTE) to conducting administrative hearings and implementing resolutions.
  • Represent the company in labor consultations, dispute resolutions, and other DOLE-related activities, ensuring compliance and protecting company interests.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives and labor groups to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure all employee relations practices strictly adhere to local labor laws and DOLE requirements.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive employee engagement programs, including recognition awards, wellness activities, sports events, and CSR initiatives.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys, roundtables, and one-on-one meetings to measure morale; analyze results and recommend concrete action plans to management.
  • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at reducing employee turnover and improving retention through structured career pathing and enhanced reward programs.
  • Address employee concerns promptly, mediate conflicts, and actively promote positive employee relations across all departments.
  • Champion the company culture, ensuring that Dusit values are embedded in daily practices and communication channels like notice boards and newsletters.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee core HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, timekeeping, and employee records management, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance manuals to align with current laws and corporate standards.
  • Prepare and validate key HR reports, including turnover, manpower, and cost analysis for management and corporate submission.
  • Manage HR audits and ensure the company is prepared for any external compliance inspections.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all staff levels, including managerial positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and develop proactive talent pipelines and succession plans.
  • Supervise the performance appraisal process, including mid-year and annual reviews, to ensure consistency and fairness.
