Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Maintenance & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day property operations across multiple rentals. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance, communicating with tenants and short-term rental guests, managing repair billing, and ensuring all records and tickets are properly tracked and resolved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple properties and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and follow-ups with vendors and contractors
  • Communicate professionally with tenants and short-term rental guests regarding maintenance issues and updates
  • Track, manage, and resolve maintenance tickets to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate billing and documentation related to repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within the property maintenance CRM
  • Support rental operations by ensuring properties remain guest-ready and issues are resolved quickly
  • Keep all maintenance activities organized across multiple properties and businesses

Qualification:

  • Very organized with strong English communication skills
  • Confident & to communicate with a firm tone when needed
  • Experience in property maintenance or construction / Real Estate VA
  • U.S. construction knowledge is a big plus (especially foundations and basic construction workflows)
  • Background in construction, civil engineering, or similar is a strong advantage
