Service Channel Assistant Intern-local campus hiring

Job Description
Learn, track, and handle operations related to after-sales channels, product operations, after-sales factories, spare parts, and other business areas;
Adjust, formulate, and oversee the implementation of after-sales service policies;
Deliver and enhance the quality of after-sales services across all product categories;
Benchmark against industry standards and improve service competitiveness;
Take responsibility for specific tasks within projects, including document processing, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, external communication, timely feedback, and resource coordination.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in electronics, computer science, or related STEM fields;
Strong communication and coordination skills with self-motivation;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data sensitivity;
Flexible and agile thinking, rapid learning ability, analytical skills, and strong execution capabilities;
Willingness to participate in job rotation programs after joining;
Strong service orientation and commitment to after-sales service work.
