Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Must reside within NCR or neighboring region for contingency
  • Willing to work on a US shift schedule (EST Time zone)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in an RPO environment, specializing in Onboarding and Background Check (BGC) operations
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience with quality audits, case reviews, and compliance reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, coupled with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain accountability for meeting quality and operational targets.
  • Proficiency with ATS and onboarding systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, quality assurance software, and data reporting tools.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement robust QA protocols to ensure compliance with internal policies, client specifications, and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of onboarding and BGC processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective action.
  • Conduct quality coaching sessions to identify and address performance gaps, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Maintain meticulous records of quality assessments to support audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze quality metrics and prepare comprehensive quality reports detailing performance statistics, compliance levels, and improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking by proactively addressing potential challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Act as the primary quality assurance liaison for the operations team and clients, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any quality-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that client-specific onboarding requirements are met consistently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices pertinent to client processes and recruitment operations.
  • Ensure all procedures adhere to current client processes as well as data protection and privacy laws.
