We are seeking a motivated Property Acquisition & Lead Manager to drive our real estate lead generation efforts. This role focuses on engaging motivated sellers and potential buyers, qualifying leads, and identifying viable property acquisition opportunities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persuasive, and experienced in managing a CRM-driven lead pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to sellers and buyers to generate and qualify leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Collect property details and evaluate seller motivation
  • Keep CRM records up-to-date with accurate prospect information and notes
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to progress opportunities
  • Coordinate appointments and next steps with the business owner
  • Identify and document property acquisition opportunities
  • Monitor the lead pipeline and report on outreach performance
  • Manage objections effectively while maintaining strong prospect relationships
  • Facilitate wholesaling processes by connecting sellers with buyers

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or cold calling
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to qualify leads and ask insightful questions
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Reliable internet connection and professional calling setup

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in real estate, property acquisition, or wholesaling
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems
  • Knowledge of motivated seller psychology and objection handling
  • Understanding of real estate terms and property evaluation
  • History of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
