Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Team Leader to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience leading an outbound sales team. You will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and guiding a team of outbound executives to achieve sales targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure excellent customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales/call center executives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outbound calling efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Outbound Team Leader or similar role in a call center or sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding team targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
