We are looking for Team Leader to be assigned at Buffalo's Wings N' Things located at Festival Mall.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities in the dining and kitchen areas
  • Monitor inventory count, organize stocks, and manage food and labor costs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting and observing excellent service and responding to customers' needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the Chief in achieving business and profit objectives, as well as sales targets
  • Motivate the team to achieve the organization's objectives.
  • Delegate tasks to team members
  • Conduct training for team members to maximize their potential
  • Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations
  • Contribute to the company's growth by building a successful team
  • Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
  • Assist in presenting various reports and other administrative requirements as needed and submit on a timely manner
  • Mastery and Execution of MIC's High Impact Leadership Disciplines:

o Pre-shift

o On-Floor

o Post-Shift

  • Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures
  • Assist in other responsibilities that may be assigned by the top management as deemed necessary
