Job Description:

This role will be responsible for helping to manage and coordinate the work of the (1) Final Quality Check, and (2) Final Reports teams by ensuring the daily responsibilities are accomplished by employees on an assigned work shif

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensures full compliance to the background screening process and standards of the Organization as outlined in the Operations Manual;
  • Training new team members in company policies and procedures;
  • Conducting regular performance reviews of all members of the team, offering feedback on areas for improvement;
  • Ensuring that the team is properly trained on all products and services offered by the company;
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time;
  • Conducting regular employee reviews to ensure that they are meeting performance standards;
  • Engages with the team to actively support continuous process improvement initiatives to promote a more efficient Operations Team;
  • Maintaining team morale through regular communication with team members;
  • Coordinating with other departments on projects such as marketing campaigns or special events;
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the department to ensure that it runs smoothly.

  • The person must be open-minded and ready to adopt a critical way of thinking. Besides, he/she should be hard working, diligent and focused;
  • Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality;
  • Should have a positive attitude and ability to handle several responsibilities at a time.
  • Ability to handle a team and take ownership of tasks assigned;
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and willing to learn new capabilities;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
