Position Summary:

The Junior Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within the assigned territory by achieving a monthly sales volume target of XX,XXX liters. This role involves managing client relationships, expanding market coverage, identifying sales opportunities, and executing sales strategies in the field. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a results-driven approach and in-depth knowledge of the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve the assigned monthly sales quota of XX,XXX liters through effective sales execution and account management.

· Conduct a minimum of 12 client visits per day, targeting at least 6 successful sales engagements daily, including both new and repeat clients.

· Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

· Open new accounts, reactivate dormant accounts, and follow up on leads within the assigned territory.

· Implement territory sales plans, promotions, and pricing strategies in alignment with company goals.

· Perform collection activities, including following up on client payments to ensure timely settlement of accounts. Handle checks, cash, and bank transactions, and ensure all collections are turned over to the office within 24 hours.

· Support the Credit Team by gathering initial information for credit investigations during the onboarding of new clients.

· Plan, organize, and execute sales blitzes and client activation events to drive sales growth.

· Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, visit rate, and account conversion.

· Handle customer objections, deliver effective product presentations, and address client concerns to successfully close deals.

· Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high-quality after-sales service.

· Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

· Ensure compliance with all company sales processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
