We're looking for a
Senior IT Product Delivery Manager
to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality, while driving adoption and fostering collaboration across the organization.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience
    , delivering complex software solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid) and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks across multiple projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in diverse and multi-cultural environments.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Certification in
    PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or AgilePM
    required. Other Agile/IT certifications (PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, SAFe, ITIL) are a plus.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the delivery of IT initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on key milestones.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Oversee testing, quality assurance, and risk management to deliver reliable and compliant solutions.
  • Conduct regular project health checks, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high performance.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
