As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of specific product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable product solutions. You'll shape product direction, define roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements that create real value for our customers. While this role does not include direct people management responsibilities, you'll collaborate with other product professionals and mentor junior team members as needed.

Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end product development lifecycle for assigned initiativesTranslate business needs and user feedback into detailed product requirementsDevelop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goalsPrioritize feature development based on impact, effort, and business valueCollaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and clinical stakeholdersConduct competitive research and monitor trends to inform product evolutionAnalyze product usage data and customer feedback to inform decisionsCommunicate product updates and decisions clearly across teamsParticipate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies with development teamsSupport go-to-market strategies and product launch activities

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, etc.)4–6 years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or healthcare settingProven ability to drive product vision, strategy, and executionStrong understanding of agile development methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable using data to support decisions and prioritize featuresExperience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude) is a plusPrevious experience in healthcare, healthtech, or B2B SaaS products is a strong advantage
