JOB PURPOSE

The Government Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and executing account planning and strategic planning to maximize business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's product lines, from the run rate of laptops, PCs, printers, accessories, to enterprise solutions' network, security, power, UPS, audio-video products, manpower services, managed services, servers, and storage. The Account Manager must proactively identify sales opportunities, ensure customer engagement, and contribute to a positive total customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for the assigned accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with the key decision-makers.
  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage client projects, from initiation to delivery.
  • Ensuring all client requirements are met on time and within budget.
  • Communicate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in order to provide strategic guidance to clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or similar role; minimum of 2 to 3 years work-related experience.
  • With a strong background and familiarity in IT-related products and services, and the ability to understand complex IT solutions and services.
  • Ability to manage simultaneously multiple accounts and clients.
  • Can excellently communicate and express in both written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, and problem-solving are a plus. Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
